While it’s hard to compete with the merry spirit of the holiday season, autumn is my favorite time of year to relax and rejuvenate. The kids are back in school after an action-packed summer. The cooler air calls for breezy beach days and long walks in the park, and corn mazes and pumpkin picking get the kids excited for Halloween.
